How soon the goods can be delivered after I place the order? |

Usually it takes around 10 to 20 days after the deposit or L/C has been well received. But it differs with the quantity as well as the season. Please kindly confirm it with us before we finalize the order. |

Do you have a catalogue? |

Yes, we do. We would be happy to send you our electronic catalog by mail, or physical catalogs by courier. If you have any problem in finding the products you want or you need more detailed product information, please feel free to talk to us. |

May I have your samples? |

Yes, definitely. We can send samples to you for free if you could tell us your express account or bear the sample delivery charge. But this courier charge could be returned to you when you place and finalize the order. |

It depends on customer’s requirements. You can choose neutral packing, our factory’s packing or based upon your specific requirements. |

What is your payment term? |

30% T/T payment as deposit, and 70% balance paid against the copy of B/L by T/T or Irrevocable L/C at sight. |
